Churchill Threatens Tonto Dikeh With Lawsuit, Seeks Apology

Olakunle Churchill, the ex-husband of popular Nigerian actress, Tonto Dikeh has threatened to file a lawsuit against the actress over what he termed defamatory comments against him.

This is coming days after Tonto Dikeh in a post on her Instagram account accused Churchill of neglecting their child.

The actress who stated that her ex-husband and his family members always claimed they won the child custody case in court, blasted them that they have done nothing in caring for King Adrea.

According to Tonto, Churchill had only paid for four months’ child support fee and had never paid for King Adrea’s school fees since their separation.

The actress’s ex-husband condemned her for liking him as a fraudster, thief, blackmailer and irresponsible father.

Churchill also accused Tonto Dikeh of false stories about his wife, Roseline Meurer, claiming that she snatched him from her.

The estranged husband of the actress who was not pleased with the defamatory statements against him, asked Tonto Dikeh to apologize for all her comments on her Instagram account.

Churchill in a letter filed through his lawyer warned that if the actress fails to apologize on her Instagram within the next 24 hours of receiving the letter, a lawsuit will be filed against her.
