Despite Separation, JJC Skillz Consoles Funke Akindele On Mom’s Death

Nigerian music producer, JJC Skillz, has sent a condolence message to his estranged wife, Funke Akindele, over the demise of her mother.

Naija News earlier reported that the news of Mrs Adebanjo-Akindele’s death was made known by Funke’s elder sister, Olubunmi Akindele in a statement via Instagram on Tuesday evening.

According to the statement released on behalf of the family, their mother died on Tuesday, February 7, 2023.

In a tribute via Instagram, Funke eulogized her mother as she recalled being raised to be very hardworking, dedicated, and selfless.

The Lagos State deputy gubernatorial candidate of the People Democratic Party (PDP) said her late mother had a positive impact on the lives of her children, including everyone that came across her.

The thespian noted that the death hurts but she is happy about her mother’s legacy and would continue to make her proud.

Sending a condolence message to Funke, JJC Skillz, on Instagram, prayed for the deceased’s soul to rest in peace.

He also prayed that all of Funke Akindele’s mother’s prayers will manifest for her, adding that God will console her in the difficult time.

He wrote: “May her soul rest in perfect eternal peace. May her prayers for you manifest. I pray God console your heart. You will always be blessed.”
