Peter Obi: You Have Chosen The Path Of Lawlessness And Anarchy - Fani-Kayode Fires Obasanjo

The former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has mocked the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, saying his absence in the country has no effect on Nigerians.

Naija News reports that the former vice president has been away from the party’s campaign activities since December 2022.

This led to the speculation that Atiku was rushed to London for medical treatment but the party debunked the reports.

However, AtikuĀ  Abubakar alongside some PDP chieftains on Monday left the country for a meeting with the UK officials.

In a post shared on Twitter on Wednesday, Fani-Kayode said if the APC presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, was the one who had been out of the country for such a long time, the country’s media would have been on fire.

He noted that there would also be an uproar over Tinubu’s absence but because it was Atiku, nobody care about it.

He wrote: “If @officialABAT had been out of the country from before last Christmas till today, even though we are in the middle of an election campaign, the Nigerian media would be on fire and there would be an uproar in the country. Because it is @atiku that has done so nobody cares!”
