Peter Obi: You Have Chosen The Path Of Lawlessness And Anarchy - Fani-Kayode Fires Obasanjo

Former Minister of Aviation and All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, Femi Fani-Kayode, has mocked former President Olusegun Obasanjo, over the endorsement of Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

Naija News earlier reported that Obasanjo, in a New Year message titled “My Appeal to all Nigerians, particularly young Nigerians”, endorsed Obi to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.

The former Nigerian leader described Peter Obi as a needle with thread attached to it from North and South and he may not get lost.

Reacting to this, Fani Kayode in a post shared on Twitter today (Sunday), acknowledged Obasanjo as the father of everyone and will always respect him.

According to the APC chieftain, Obasanjo’s endorsement of Peter Obi is not only inexplicable but also an excise in futility.

Fani Kayode added that it is the turn of the former governor of Lagos State, Bola Tinubu, to become president and nothing can change it.

He wrote: “OBJ remains a father to us all & I will always respect him. Despite that I reserve the right to disagree with him when & where necessary. His endorsement of @PeterObi is not only inexplicable but also an exercise in futility. It is @officialABAT’s time: nothing can change that.”
