Award-winning Nigerian singer and DMW boss, Davido has reacted to an apology from his former signee Yonda

Naija News reports that Yonda took to Instagram to apologize to David after they fell out last year.

Yonda who featured in Davido’s ‘A Good Time’ album, had during an interview in January 2021 claimed that he was “violated” by DMW.

He added that he would have to leave Davido’s music label because things weren’t “rosy” for him there.

However, it seems that the singer is ready to bury the hatchet as he took to Instagram to notify netizens that he now has a change of heart.

He shared a screenshot of a message he sent to Davido apologising for his actions.

He explained that he has been “black listed” in the industry and begged Davido to take him back as a prodigal son.

According to him, Davido is a rare gem and he misses him so much.

Yonda explained that he wasn’t sure when things went south and urged the recently bereaved father to sit him down so they could talk things out and work together again.

Baddest, don’t leave me hanging. Please, let me rise again,” he wrote.

Reacting to the plea, Davido wrote that he missed Yonda but added, “you hurt me.”
