Full List Of Newly Appointed Rivers Commissioners

Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, on Wednesday, sworn in eighteen new Commissioners, seven months to end the tenure of his administration.

Naija News reports that the swearing-in ceremony took place at the Executive Council Chambers of Government House, Port Harcourt.

In his remark, Governor Wike charged the new appointees to double efforts and ensure that all the projects that his administration have started all completed in record time.

He also reiterated the resolve of his administration to finish strong and do a proper handover to his successor on 28th May, 2023.

The governor urged every member of the State Executive Council to recommit themselves to the tasks assigned to them and achieve desired results.

Wike charged the new commissioners to maximise the opportunity given to them to serve the State diligently for the sake of posterity.

He, therefore, charged the new commissioners and those already in the cabinet to begin compilation of necessary data so that the reports will be ready in good time.
