Mixed reactions have trailed the meeting between the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, and former president, Goodluck Jonathan.

Naija News earlier reported that the former Governor of Lagos State on Tuesday visited Jonathan alongside his running mate, Kashim Shettima.

Five APC Governors who followed Tinubu to the meeting include Dapo Abiodun (Ogun), Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq (Kwara); Mohammed Badaru (Jigawa), Bello Matawalle (Zamfara), and Simon Lalong (Plateau).

However, some Nigerians have taken to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter to express their reactions to the unexpected meeting.

Why is Tinubu chasing people that frown at him so they can support him?

If you take pictures with people and they are not smiling, no happiness, why post it?

It is interesting how Bola Ahmed Tinubu shamelessly went to former president Jonathan for his blessings in the coming 2023 presidential election.He went along with senator Shettima, his VP & former governor of Bornu state who spearheaded the kidnapping of Chibok sch girls in 2014
