#OsunDecides: PDP’s Ademola Adeleke Wins 17 Of 30 LGAs

The Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Ademola Adeleke has won 17 of the 30 Local Government Areas (LGAs) in the July 16th governorship election in Osun State.

The state Governor and candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Gboyega Oyetola won the remaining 13 LGAs.

The results were declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) during collation at the INEC head office in Osogbo, Osun State capital.

The collation exercise, which commenced in the early hours of Sunday, is ongoing at the INEC office, with party agents and electorates waiting for the declaration of the winner of the election.
