APC Vows To Support Binani, Others In 2023

The Adamawa State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has vowed to support its gubernatorial candidate, Sen. Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed Binani and all its flag bearers in the 2023 general elections.

The party took its stand to support Binani and all its flag bearers after meeting with the party’s critical stakeholders at the Asokoro residence of Sen. Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed Binani.

The group also congratulated the Senator on her victory.

Led by the state chairman of the party Alhaji Ibrahim Bilal, he said “the leadership of the party were at the residence to congratulate her and all other candidates of the APC on their victory at the just concluded APC primaries”.

The Chairman maintained that the party is ready to work tirelessly to ensure the victory of all candidates in 2023 general elections.

Bilal stated that “the party under my leadership shared the joy of the victory of all the candidates, and I urge all of you to be magnanimous in victory”.

“I am particularly happy, because since your emergence as the gubernatorial candidate of this party it has further reinvigorate the love people have for the APC” he said.

“Wherever we go, people are happy with us, no doubt you are a grassroot politician”.

He used the opportunity to announce that the party has constituted a reconciliation committee to resolve all issues at stake as soon as possible.

In their remarks, Hon. Yusuf Captain Buba, a member representing Gombi/Hong in the lower chamber, and Senator Abdulaziz Murtala Nyako who spoke on behalf of APC candidates for House of Representatives and Senatorship described the meeting as thoughtful and timely.

They promised to support the party all the time for the victory of all candidates.

Responding, Adamawa APC Gubernatorial candidate Sen. Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed Binani thanked the leadership of the party for the visit, stating that “the primaries are over, hence the need for the party to out with practicable ways that would ensure victory by all APC candidates.”

Binani who described her emergence as a call to serve from the Almighty God also pray that the same God that gave her victory will give her and all other successful candidates the grace to lead Adamawa based on justice, fairness, and ability to make a difference.

She appreciated all other aspirants, reiterating her earlier call on them to come and work together as a team for the success of the party at all levels.

Alh. Ahmed H. Barata, Director-General Binani campaign organization maintained that the goal of all APC candidates is the goal of the party, and ‘this cannot be achieved unless the party is united”.
