Former Niger Delta militant leader, Asari Dokubo has said that Nigerians will miss a lot if they fail to vote the national leader of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu.
Naija News reports that Asari made this revelation in a video on Friday, June 10, where he urged people to vote for Tinubu having revealed the good things he did for him while in prison.
Asari stated, ”When Tinubu was taken to the Code of conduct for trial, I trekked miles and when I entered the court, he came to embrace me after the court session.
“When I was in prison, Tinubu was so kind to me, he paid my children’s school fees, he gave me a house at VGC, he gave my wife a house at Ogba”
Recall, Tinubu defeated the likes of Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo; Rotimi Amaechi, former Minister of Transportation; Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello; Senate President Ahmad Lawan; Governor David Umahi; Governor Ben Ayade; Pastor Tunde Bakare; and Senator Sani Yerima to emerge the party’s flag bearer.
He will square up against PDP’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, Labour Party’s Peter Obi and NNPP’s Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso among others in the 2023 election.
