The recently celebrated Mother’s Day has elicited a reflection as Bose Ogulu, mother of Grammy-winning Nigerian artiste, Burna Boy, concluded that raising children is supreme.

Celebrating herself and every other mother out there, Ogulu took to her social media page on Sunday to say that indeed being a mother is a divine assignment and indeed supreme, Naija News reports.

The businesswoman uploaded a media showing herself and her three children reflecting on how she watched them grow into amazing talents.

In the video, Burna Boy and his two sisters, Ronami and Nissi were seen dancing to Sungba, a song which featured the singer.

Ogulu wrote, “Never a dull moment raising these three amazingly talented and funny human beings. @burnaboygram @r0nami @nissination

“Being a mum is a supreme, divine assignment. Happy Mother’s day.”

Naija News understands that Burna Boy’s mum was raised by her veteran Nigerian Radio Broadcaster and music critic father, Benson Idoniye, popularly known to be the manager of famous afrobeat musician, Fela Kuti.

Ogulu has been managing her son’s music career over the years and has won several awards to her name along the line.

While Burna Boy is globally popular as a musician, his sisters have also been recognised for their input in the entertainment and art industry.

Naija News understands that Nissi is an artist and a singer. She was a member of the team that created one of the Range Rover cars released in October last year.

She recently hosted her family and friends to an art exhibition in Lagos tagged, ‘Puzzled’.
