Ondo: Two Killed As Gunmen Attack Community

Gunmen suspected to be terrorists have killed two people at Okeluse Community in Ose Local Government Area of Ondo State.

It was gathered that the armed men in the attack killed a owner of a petrol station in the community and his attendant.

An eyewitness claimed that the gunmen invaded the community around 6 pm on Sunday and shot the deceased.

A resident of the community who spoke with Punch described the killers of the deceased as Fulani herdsmen who have allegedly been terrorising the local government.

The development was confirmed by the spokesperson of the state police command, Funmilayo Odunlami.

In other news, one person has been killed and fifteen others kidnapped as bandit terrorists invaded Batagari Village in the Maikujeri district of Rafi Local Government Area of Niger State.

Naija News gathered that the criminals stormed the community on motorcycles at about 10 pm on Saturday to inflict pain on the residents of the North Central state.
