Biafra: Trouble For IPOB As UK Recognizes Nnamdi Kanu Group As A Terrorist Organization

The Hausa community in Orlu, Imo State, has accused security forces of the Indigenous People’s Organization of Biafra (IPOB) of killing four Hausas on Monday.

Daily Trust reported that an Orlu resident who wished to be named Yusuf for security reasons said security forces had to intervene before the IPOB killings in the area could be curtailed.

He said the bodies were found by soldiers and handed over to the town’s Hausa leader, who was buried according to Islamic rites.

Dozens of people were reportedly killed in clashes between the army and police and IPOB security forces in Orlu town on Monday.

Yusuf said: “It all started on Thursday when people in the town resisted paying a levy imposed on them by IPOB. Angered by their action, they went to burn the palace of Orlu Eze.”

He mentioned that during the #EndSARS riots more than 40 Hausas were also killed in the town, and the media reported but no action was taken.
