The President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, has debunked plans to be vaccinated against COVID-19 soon.

Trump stated this while reacting to a report that he could be vaccinated today (Monday).

Bloomberg in a report had claimed they President Trump could be vaccinated “as soon as Monday,” and other top officials in the White House might be included in the plan.

Trump who took to his Twitter account to react said he was “not scheduled to take the vaccine, but look forward to doing so at the appropriate time.”

“People working in the White House should receive the vaccine somewhat later in the programme, unless specifically necessary.”

“I have asked that this adjustment be made,” Trump wrote.

Meanwhile, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha has gone into self-isolation after some of his family members tested positive for COVID-19.

According to the SGF in a personal statement on Sunday night, his family members tested positive on Saturday, are currently asymptomatic, and have started treatment in a government facility.
