Ebonyi: APC Spokesman Resigns As Umahi Joins Party

The spokesperson of the All Progressives Congress in Ebonyi State, Chika Nwoba, has resigned from his position.

This coming after the state Governor, Dave Umahi dumped the Peoples Democratic Party to join the APC on Tuesday.

Nwoba in a statement released on Monday appreciated the party and its leader for appointing him as the spokesperson of the party since 2018 at the age of 27.

The former spokesperson of the party while giving reason for leaving APC said, “I cannot work with Ebonyi State Governor, David Umahi.”

Recall that Umahi joined the ruling party on Tuesday over alleged injustice meted to the South East by the PDP.
