Yakubu Dogara, a former Speaker of the House of Representatives, has dumped the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). Naija News reports that he has joined the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

Former speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara criticised President Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressives Congress (APC), when he joined the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in 2018. 4. COVID-19: All Civil Servant Must Undergo Test – FG

The Federal Government of Nigeria has directed all Civil Servants to go for coronavirus test. Naija news learnt that the directive was contained in a circular by the Permanent Secretary, Service Welfare Office in the Office of the Head of Service of the Federation, Dr Evelyn Ngige.

At least twenty officers of the Imo State Police Command clashed with members of Independent People of Biafra (IPOB) and Movement for the Actualisation of Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) at Orji in Owerri North Council Area of the state. Naija News understands that the clash occurred at Orji between the Orji fly over and Ama wire. The clash, according to an eyewitness, led to the exchange of gunfire that led to some members of the two organisations sustaining serious injuries.
