Presidency Reacts To Buhari’s Daughter’s Usage Of Presidency Jet For Private Business

Reports that the daughter of the president, Muhammadu Buhari flew in a presidential jet for her private business, has been reacted to by the Presidency today

Buhari’s media aide, Garba Shehu in a text he sent to newsmen said the criticism that followed the situation was misplaced.

“Criticism is the rights of Nigerians. It is, however, misplaced in this circumstance. We have issued a statement about this issue.”

Nigerians have been displeased and frowned at the move by Hannan, to fly to Bauchi on invitation by Rilwanu Adamu, Emir of Bauchi, on Thursday to Durbar.

Hannan, who is a first-class graduate in photography visited the state to document the event and other tourist attractions in the state as a professional photographer.

Pictures that surfaced online showed that Hannan was accorded a warm reception by officials of the state waiting for her at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa International Airport.
