The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has released what can best be described as a “dangerous prophecy” on those that failed to speak up for him and his group in the past.

Naija News reports that Kanu released the prophecy during a live broadcast on Radio Biafra on Sunday, December 8, where he spoke on the maltreatment of Sowore by officials of the DSS and the abuse of human rights in Nigeria.

This online news platform recalls that Kanu spent more than a year in prison in Nigeria for a crime the Nigerian government described as a “treason felony.”

After Kanu was granted bail on health grounds by a Federal High Court in Abuja on April 25, 2017, the Nigerian military invaded his community in September that year.

The invasion in its wake, left 28 people dead and some with serious injuries, a situation which saw Kanu flee the country. The IPOB was later declared a terrorist organization by the Nigerian government.

Speaking on his travails while in Nigeria, Kanu said al those that refused to stand by him all through his travails, trials and tribulations and those that refused to speak against it, would similar fate and even more.

“Everybody that kept quiet during the sufferings that we (IPOB) went through in the zoo, all of them will face it even worse than we did,” Kanu said in a broadcast monitored by this reporter.

Meanwhile,Naija News reports that Nnamdi Kanu is leading a group (IPOB) seeking secession from Nigeria. The group has since been proscribed by the Federal Government of Nigeria led by President Muhammadu Buhari.
