Bobrisky Breaks Silence, Speaks On Birthday Party Cancellation

Popular Nigerian entertainer and cross-dresser, Idris Okuneye popularly known as Bobrisky has broken silence to speak on the closure of the venue of his birthday party.

Naija News reports that Bobrisky’s reaction comes after the report that the Nigeria police raided a nude party organised by Bobrisky in the Lekki area of Lagos State.

Recall that Bobrisky had organized the party in celebration of his 28th birthday, but it was disrupted by the Nigeria police, who invaded the place and dispersed guests who were invited from both far and near.

However, the cross-dresser was said to escaped arrest as he left the event in about minutes before the arrival of the Police, while the police operatives were left with no option than to arrest five persons in the scene.

Reacting, Bobrisky in a post on his Snapchat apologised to friends and family who showed up for his party.

He wrote: “I’m a hard rock, nothing can break me. Love you all.

“I know it’s painful especially to those of you who travelled to Nigeria to celebrate me. Don’t worry, I got you all.”

He recounted how he spent a total of 19 million Naira on the event. But however said he has found solace in his grandma’s advice to always “thank God in every situation.”
