Kogi Election: Dino Melaye Gets PDP Ticket
Senator representing Kogi west senatorial district, Dino Melaye on Friday purchased the governorship ticket of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) ahead of the November 16 Kogi election.
Naija News reports that the Senator made this known via his social media handle where he shared a photo of himself with the governorship form of the PDP, in preparation for his ambition to contest in the Kogi state election.
The Senator made this known briefly after the press conference at the PDP headquarter in Luggard house.
Melaye said that joining the Kogi state poll is him hearing the voice of God to rescue the people of Kogi state out of economic challenges among others.
Dino Melaye while revealing that he has obtained his ticket, said; “I purchased the PDP Governorship form for Kogi Governorship election today. In God we trust. We shall overcome.”
