Tambuwal Speaks On What Might Happen To ‘Almajiris’ In The Near Future

Sokoto state governor, Aminu Tambuwal has expressed his fears over the Almajiris practice of begging, saying that they are been exposed to some dangerous habits in the process, which could “in turn, hurt us in near future.”

This Tambuwal said in a chat with newsmen after a meeting he had with some prominent personalities of Sokoto origin at the Sultan’s palace.

Tambuwal said: “The state government as a matter of concern has been on the issue of Almajiri begging style and very soon, we will call all those involved to find a lasting solution to the problem.”
