As parts of her efforts towards the Brexit deal, the British Prime Minister, Theresa May has proposed a third parliamentary vote with the European Union.

Naija News understands that Theresa May proposed the third parliamentary vote on Wednesday, March 13 while the parliamentary vote is to be conducted on Wednesday, March 20.

Recall that the British members of parliaments voted by a margin of 230 against the deal in January and again by 149 against on Tuesday, Naija News reports.

This is coming in few hours after Naija News had reported that the British lawmakers have rejected the Brexit deal of Prime Minister Theresa May.

However, the failure to back the deal would imply that Britain will have to request extended adjournment that would oblige the United Kingdom to hold European Parliament elections in May 2019.
