Just In: Four House Of Rep Members Dump APC For Opposition Parties

Another defection Tsunami has hit as four members of the ruling All Progressives Congress in the House of Representatives have announced their decision to dump the party.

They are Mr Abiodun Awoleye-Dada, who has moved to the Accord partyMr Samuel Segun-Williams, who has moved to the Labour Party; and Mr Lawan Hassan-Anka, who has joined the Peoples Democratic Party.

Keyamo Speaks On Why It Is Impossible For Atiku To Achieve N97/Litre Of Petrol Promised To Nigerians

Festus Keyamo, spokesperson of the President Muhammadu Buhari Campaign Organisation, on Monday, challenged Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), over his claim that he would lower the pump price of petrol to N97/litre if elected President in 2019.

According to Keyamo, there is no chance any President could sell the product for any price in the region of what is being mentioned by Atiku, as the landing price is alone if N205/litre.

Ekiti PDP lawmakers disowns Olujimi, affirms Fayose’s leadership

The 12 authentic members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the Ekiti State House of Assembly have joined their colleagues in the National Assembly to disown the stakeholders meeting in which Senate Minority Leader, Senator Biodun Olujimi was declared as leader of the party in the State.

The 12 lawmakers, who said the PDP National Working Committee (NWC) should question the role of Senator Olujimi in how the party lost leadership to the APC with three members, added that it was now clear who the sponsor of dissidents in the party is.
