Barrister Mohammed Fawehinmi, son of late human rights lawyer, Gani Fawehinmi, has described June 12 as the foundation of Democracy in the country.
He also commended President Muhammadu Buhari as a leader who listened to his people.
While speaking on Tuesday, at the event held to honour MKO Abiola, his father, Gani, at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, the first son of Fawehinmi noted clearly that Chief MKO Abiola was not as “a presumed winner, he was the winner of the 1993 elections”
He also re-applauded the President’s action and pledged that “we will; continue to pray for him”
