7 things you should know about the late DJ Olu

-DJ Olu was one of Davido’s DJ before his death.

Less than one week after Davido lost his friend, Tagbo to the cold hands of death, the popular singer has lost yet another friend and official DJ to death as well.

1. His real name is Olugbenga Abiodun.

2. He is the son of successful business man and oil tycoon, Dapo Abiodun.

3. He started as an underground DJ in 2010 while studying for his “A” levels in England.

4. He was signed to Davido’s HKN record label in June 2011 as their official DJ.

5.DJ Olu embarked on a single man tour of the Uk and Canada in 2014, and sold out all the shows.

6. He might have taken over his father’s business empire at a later time were he still alive.

7. He was found dead in his car on Saturday, 7th October, 2017.
