Many Feared Dead In Fresh Attacks In Benue State

A fresh attack by suspected Fulani herdsmen in Guma local government area of Benue state, has reportedly left several people dead and many others injured.

Reports made available to Naija News, said gunmen invaded the villages on Thursday afternoon, killing several individuals including children during the attack.

Daily Post reports one James Apav and Ataki Mageri were among those killed in the attack.

Several buildings and belongings were also burnt down in Tse Sameka village.

“Several persons have deserted their homes for fear of being killed by the heavily armed herdsmen,” the source said.
