2023: Tambuwal More Qualified For PDP’s Ticket – Bafarawa

The Governor of Sokoto State, Aminu Tambuwal has been described by a former governor of the state, Attahiru Bafarawa as a more qualified presidential candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party.

According to Bafarawa, Tambuwal is more qualified to clinch the presidential ticket of the party because of his political antecedents and ability to coordinate people.

Bafarawa stated this during Tambuwal’s consultations in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State.

The former Governor of Sokoto State added that Tambuwal would fit into all arms of government if allowed to rule Nigeria.

He said, “Tambuwal was not only a legislator but also a lawyer by profession, meaning that he fits into the judiciary and at the same time, today he is a sitting governor serving his second term.

“This is to tell you that Tambuwal fits into all the three arms of government. Therefore, he is more credible for the presidential ticket.

“That’s why we are here to take him to where we want him to be, not where he wants to be.”
