Sixty-year-old Well Driller, Son Suffocate To Death In Kano

Two students of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State, have been confirmed dead in an accident that happened in the school premises.

16 other students have been reported to have sustained injuries in the said mishap

Naija News gathered that the calamity happened when one of institution’s shuttle buses lost control, apparently as a result of brake failure and somersaulted several times.

A student identified Ebere, a 300 level student of Educational Foundation Management, was one of the deceased victims, while the other dead student died at the hospital they were rushed to.

Confirming the incident, spokesperson of the institution, Mr.  Edward Aihevba, said a committee has been instituted to investigate the cause(s) of the accident.

He noted that appropriate actions would be taken at the end of the investigations.
