Don’t Travel To Kano Police Warns Kwankwaso

Kano State Police Command has advised former Governor and now serving Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso to shelve his scheduled visit to the state.

The Police say postponing the move is to douse the tension and neutralize the security threat already generated by his visit to the state.

Briefing newsmen in Kano, the state Police Commissioner, Rabiu Yusuf said the command has information at its disposal that the Senator’s proposed visit may be hijacked by some miscreants to cause tension in the state.

He noted that whoever tries to jeopardize the peace in the state will be dealt with according to the provisions of the law.
