NYSC Gives Update On 2019 Batch ‘C’ Stream I Passing Out

The Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Shuaibu Ibrahim has approved Thursday, 15th October, 2020 as the date for the Passing-Out of the 2019 Batch ‘C’ (Stream I) Corps Members.

This was contained in a statement on Tuesday by the NYSC management on its official social media pages.

According to the statement, the schedule for the passing out programme will follow the required COVID-19 protocol for social/physical distancing.

Below is the programme of activities:

i. Monday 12th October, 2020
(a) Release of Passing-Out Corps Members by Employers
(b) Registration/Clearing of Corps Members by Local Government Inspectors

ii. Tuesday 13th October, 2020
(a) Signing of final clearance by Zonal Inspectors
(b) Administration of Questionnaire (Form 4B) on 30% of the passing-out Corps Members.

iii. Wednesday 14th October, 2020
(a) Signing of final clearance by Zonal Inspectors

iv. Thursday 15th October, 2020
(a) Distribution of Certificates of National Service to deserving Corps Members at the Local Government level.

The statement wished the corps members a very safe and successful exercise.
