EFCC: Magu Dragged To CCB Over Asset Declaration ‘Breach’

The suspended acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Ibrahim Magu, dragged before the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) for allegedly failing to declare his assets.

Naija News recalls that Magu, for the past three weeks has been questioned by a presidential panel over allegations of gross misconduct re-looting of recovered assets.

The suspended acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Ibrahim Magu, who is been questioned by a presidential panel over allegations of gross misconduct has denied that he looted recovered assets.

Magu who was accused by the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, described the allegations levelled against him as a plan to tarnish his image despite the “commendable” achievements of the EFCC under his leadership.

EFCC: Magu Denies Threatening Judicial Officer

The suspended acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Ibrahim Magu, has denied the allegation levelled against him by the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami.

The Minister of Justice in an allegation filed before the presidential panel investigating Magu had accused the suspended EFCC boss of threatening Judiciary officers.
