Protest Hits Lagos State As Police Allegedly Kills Okada Rider

A huge protest broke out on Friday in the Ojo area of Lagos State as commercial Motorcycle riders popularly called okada are demanding justice for their dead colleague.

The protesters accused a policeman of killing their colleague on Thursday night.

Naija News understands the protesters are vandalizing police and other properties in Ojo while the operatives of the Police Force are shooting and firing teargas to scare them.

The protest is said to be building up and getting out of hands just opposite the Ojo Barracks.
