Just In: Court Nullifies Oshiomhole’s Suspension

A Federal High Court In Kano has set aside a ruling of Abuja High Court suspending the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole.

Justice Lewis Allagoa of the Kano High Court ordered the police and Department of State Service (DSS) to provide security for Oshiomhole to resume in his office.

Justice Danlemi Senchi, on Wednesday, suspended Oshiomhole as the APC National Chairman, after which Oshiomhole appealed the judgment at the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division.

Naija News recalls that Oshiomhole filed four grounds of appeal before the Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal earlier today.
