Ghanaian President, Nana Akufo-Addo

Acting President Yemi Osinbajo has received the Ghanaian President, Nana Akufo-Addo, at the Aso villa, Abuja.

Akufo-Addo who arrived at the Villa at about 11.12 a.m., was welcomed and ushered into the Acting President office by Osinbajo himself.

The visit was brief as it lasted for roughly four minutes, after which Ghanaian leader immediately went to the National Defence College to deliver a lecture to the college graduands.

Akufo-Addo won the country’s 2016 presidential poll against the incumbent, John Mahama, by a margin of 9.45 per cent, and was sworn into office on Jan. 7, 2017.
