#KogiDecides2023: APC Wins Massively In Yahaya Bello’s Polling Unit

The outgoing Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello delivered his polling unit for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Saturday’s gubernatorial election.

The Governor voted in PU011, Agassa, Okene LGA, Kogi.

The APC candidate for the election, Usman Ododo polled a total of 840 votes in the election.

According to the results, both the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Social Democratic Party (SDP) did not get a single vote in the polling unit.

As earlier reported, the sorting and counting of votes was previously put on hold in the polling unit of Governor Yahaya Bello.

Sorting and counting of votes was put on hold at the PU011, Agassa, Okene local government area because “presiding officers went to eat.”

An official of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) at the polling unit added that the numbers of the presiding officers are unreachable.

“Their numbers are unreachable,” said the lone INEC official as quoted by The Cable.
