Supreme Court Verdict: Kenneth Okonkwo Reveals What Peter Obi Means To Him

Veteran Nollywood actor cum politician, Kenneth Okonkwo has described the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate in the 2023 elections, Peter Obi as a worthy mentor and dogged fighter.

According to Okonkwo, irrespective of the verdict of the Supreme Court on the 2023 presidential election, he would always be grateful to have represented Obi.

The LP chieftain stated this in a post via his account on the X platform on Thursday after the apex court had earlier dismissed Obi’s petition against the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the February 25 elections.

Okonkwo, however, said irrespective of any verdict from any institution, Obi remains a man of character, competence and capacity.

He also appreciated Nigerians for their support for Obi and LP at the polls.

“I will always be grateful to God to represent His Excellency, @PeterObi, in this petition up to the Supreme Court. He is a worthy mentor and a dogged fighter for a new Nigeria, a man of character, competence, and capacity, no matter whatever any institution says.

“I thank you all for your unfailing love and support for @peterobi. We must not abandon the struggle for a new Nigeria because we don’t have another country. Thank you, and God bless. My love for you all,” he wrote.
