I Was Gang Beaten – Lady Who Was Sentenced To Jail For Trolling Eniola Badmus Speaks On Prison Experience

A Tiktoker, Nwakaego Okoye, who was convicted for trolling Nollywood actress, Eniola Badmus has recounted what  happened to her in prison.

Naija News recalls that Okoye was sentenced to a three-year jail term for defaming Badmus.

The judge convicted Okoye after she pleaded guilty to a two-count charge of cyberstalking.

In a consideration that followed the convict’s remorse, she was given an option of paying a fine of N150,000 in lieu of jail time.

However, in a recent development, Okoye during a question and answer session with her followers, revealed that she was gang beaten in prison by more than 6 persons.

She also disclosed that she lost count of the number of times she was beaten and has been under medication since she regained her freedom.

Meanwhile, Okoye recently called out Nigerian police, after claiming that they were holding onto her phone even after she had paid the N150,000 and sorted out the issue with the celebrity.

She lamented that she has missed various opportunities because she does not have access to the phone.
