El-Rufai Missing As Son Ties Knot With Second Wife (Photos)

The son of the former Kaduna State governor, Nasir el-Rufai, Bello on Saturday held the ceremony of his wedding to his second wife, Aisha Shuaibu

The Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani who represented the groom’s father shared photos from the wedding ceremony on Twitter, wishing the couple a happy married life.

“On Saturday, August 12th, 2023, I had the honour of standing in as the father of the groom at the wedding ceremony of my former Senior Legislative Aide, and House of Representatives Member (Kaduna North Fed. Constituency), Hon. Bello El-Rufai and his beautiful wife, Aisha Shuaibu,” Sani wrote.

“I wish them a happy married life and I pray that Allah makes theirs amongst the best. Ameen.”

The ceremony was also attended by family members, top political figures and close friends.

The former Kaduna governor who was absent at the ceremony was said to have travelled out of the country following the Senate’s decision to step down the confirmation of his ministerial nomination by President Bola Tinubu over security issues.

In May, Bello and Aisha tied the knot in a private Nikkah ceremony in Abuja.

Aisha, an entrepreneur, is the daughter of the former military administrator for Plateau and Niger states, Colonel Habibu Shuaibu.

Bello is a House of Representatives member representing Kaduna North.

In 2015, Bello married Kamilah in Kaduna. A ceremony was also held at Harrow Park, Abuja.
