Former SGF Mustapha Leaves Public Service (Photos)

The immediate past Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha, has bid farewell to public service.

Naija News reports that Mustapha bowed out of public service at an event organised in his honour on Thursday in Abuja.

In a tweet via his Twitter handle, the incumbent SGF, George Akume described Mustapha as an exceptional leader and public servant.

Akume said he is humbled to celebrate his remarkable contributions and dedication to the nation, saying that under his stewardship, Nigeria witnessed tremendous progress.

The SGF asserted that the tireless efforts of his predecessor left an indelible mark on our nation’s governance & development landscape.

He wrote: “Tonight, we bade farewell from public service to an exceptional leader & public servant, Boss Gida Mustapha, CFR, the 19th SGF and my predecessor in office. As the sitting SGF, I am humbled to celebrate his remarkable contributions and dedication to our great nation.

“Under his stewardship, Nigeria witnessed tremendous progress. His tireless efforts left an indelible mark on our nation’s governance & development landscape.

“As he embarks on a new chapter, I am inspired by the legacy he is leaving behind. I pledge to build upon these milestones.”
