Why I Visited Ribadu – Gov Sani Reveals

The Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani has disclosed the reason for his visit to the National Security Adviser (NSA), Nuhu Ribadu on Wednesday.

As earlier reported by Naija News, the Kaduna State Governor visited the NSA at his office in Abuja.

Shortly after the meeting between the two leaders, Governor Sani took to his Twitter account to share pictures from their meeting. He added that the visit is a courtesy visit to Ribadu whom he described as a friend and brother.

He added that he used the opportunity to convey the best wishes of the people of Kaduna State to the NSA on his appointment which he said was well-deserved.

Governor Sani also expressed confidence that Ribadu would serve diligently and coordinate the security agencies to bring peace to troubled areas of Nigeria.

He wrote: “Earlier today, I paid a courtesy visit to my friend and brother, the newly appointed National Security Adviser (NSA), Malam Nuhu Ribadu, in his office in Abuja.

“I extended the warm congratulations and best wishes of the Government and good people of Kaduna State on his well-deserved appointment.

“With his proven competence, courage, intelligence, diligence and commitment to service, as well as his patriotism, I am confident that he will effectively coordinate the security agencies to secure Nigeria and bring peace to our troubled communities.”
