“Tinubu has no power to stop EFCC trial,” he said.

I Worked For Tinubu

Earlier, Naija News reported that Fayose during the interview, confirmed that he worked for the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu during the 2023 presidential election.

Fayose, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) added that he worked totally against the party’s candidate, Atiku Abubakar.

The former Governor submitted that it was wrong of the PDP to have given its ticket to Atiku who is a northerner since Muhammadu Buhari who is also a northerner was just completing eight years in the seat of power.

He added that it was time for the South to take over, hence his decision to support Tinubu.
