Kenneth Okonkwo, one of the spokespersons for Peter Obi the Labour Party (LP) presidential campaign council has vowed that the lives of the enemies of Nigeria will never turn out well.

Okonkwo stated this via his Twitter handle on Sunday.

The Nollywood veteran was reacting to a viral video of an unidentified lady who was stopped from voting by political thugs stationed at the polling unit.

Lamenting, the thespian stated that those who promised Nigerians free and fair elections would never come across anything good.

He wrote, “It shall never be well with all enemies of Nigeria no matter how highly placed they are. Whoever made any promise to Nigerians in deceit will never see any good thing forever. In God we trust.”

Okonkwo Reacts To Amaechi Exposure About Exam Malpractice

Meanwhile,  Okonkwo, has reacted to the statement of the former Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi over the irregularities and malpractice that marred the 2023 elections.

Naija News reports that Amaechi in a short clip shared online averred that the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State was not contesting against the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), but against the Independent National Electoral Commission and the Police.

He also recalled how he and others had opposed the reappointment of the Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC) Chairman, Yakubu Mahmood.

According to him, Mahmood was recommended for reappointment by someone in the camp of the president-elect, Bola Tinubu.

In his words: “Some of us were opposed to the reappointment of Mahmood. The person who nominated him is Tinubu’s camp. So, what are you expecting? Success?

“Here in Rivers State, Mahmood Yakubu worked under Wike as Executive Secretary of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund.

“So, what you are having in Rivers State is that APC, SDP and others are contesting elections not against PDP but against INEC, against police.”

Reacting to the statement, Kenneth Okonkwo linked Nigerians to the case of a person who ignorantly entered the space of criminals.

He, however, urged Nigerians not to lose hope as they will never surrender the country to hoodlums.
He said: “We have entered one chance bus in this country but God must do the one that makes us call him God. We will never surrender our country to hoodlums. Don’t lose hope. We must continue to fight and pray until answers come”
