Media personality, Frank Edoho has corrected Adamu Garba’s use of the English Language after the latter made a post condemning Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi’s press conference.

Naija News reports that Peter Obi had granted a conference yesterday, March 2, to speak about the result of the Presidential election.

Condemning the LP’s flag bearer statement, Adamu Garba tweeted: “See this chicken change level “World” Press Conference. We shall meet in court. And we will proof to you too the massive rigging and gross violations of electoral laws in the South Eastern States. Abeg, let the lawyers eat from your novice.”

Replying to Garba’s Tweet, Edoho wrote, “It’s “prove” not proof. All you know is rigging.”

Garba Mocks Atiku And Peter Obi As Supreme Court Nullifies Naira Ban

Adamu Garba, has mocked Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) flagbearer, Atiku Abubakar, as the court nullifies the ban on old Naira notes.

This comes after Atiku and Peter Obi sought a court order over the inspection of election materials and promised to challenge the victory of President-elect, Bola Tinubu.

Naija News earlier reported that the apex court also nullified the Federal Government’s naira redesign policy, declaring it as an affront to the 1999 Constitution.

Justice Emmanuel Agim, who read the lead judgement on Friday, held that the preliminary objections by the defendants (the Attorney General of the Federation, Bayelsa, and Edo states) are dismissed as the court has the jurisdiction to entertain the suit.

Citing Section 23(2)1 of the constitution, the court held that the dispute between the Federal Government and states must involve law or facts.

The apex court further held that President Muhammadu Buhari in his broadcast admitted that the policy is flawed with a lot of challenges.

The court said the policy has led to some people engaging in trade by barter in this modern age in a bid to survive. The court added that the President’s disobedience of the February 8 order, is a sign of dictatorship.

Adamu Speaks

In a post via Twitter, Adamu Garba said considering the verdict of the Supreme Court on the Naira policy, Tinubu’s presidency is a whole bunch of good news.

According to him, Peter Obi and Atiku’s decision of heading to the court will be a fruitless effort just like the case of the old Naira notes.

He said: “And so, the Supreme Court rules: the old naira notes remains till December 31st 2023. Tinubu Presidency is a whole bunch of GOOD NEWS guys! Eventually, it is the economic genius President Tinubu that will implement the policy. Now, our country can move on an accelerated pace!

“Same Supreme Court Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi headed for their imaginary yet crisscrossed election victory. When God put someone on a downward pedestal, he inculcates into same person grandstanding amidst clear defeat. We’ll welcome them at the arrival gates of the courts.”
