JUST IN: Tinubu Makes Another Appointments Hours After Resuming Office

The Independent National Electoral Commission has begun the collation of results for the presidential and National Assembly elections in Rivers State.

According to PUNCH, the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, won in two of the three local government areas in the results collated so far.

The local governments are Ahoada West, Tai and Opobo/Nkoro.

The APC won in Tai and Opobo/Nkoro, while the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, won in Ahoada West.
