#NigeriaDecides: Bashir Ahmad Lists States Tinubu Has Won So Far

Presidential aide, Bashir Ahmad has said that he is confident that the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, (APC), Bola Tinubu is heading for victory in the ongoing presidential election.

Naija News reports that the 2023 presidential election has been a close battle between the candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP), and Tinubu.

The presidential election was suspended in some places due to anomalies in the voting materials.

Although results have been declared by presiding officers at the polling units, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) will begin the collation of results at the International Conference Centre, Abuja, on Sunday.

Speaking via Twitter, Ahmad expressed his confidence that Tinubu was on his way to victory and has won states such as Sokoto, Lagos, Zamfara, Borno, Yobe, Ekiti, and Ogun.

He wrote, “From the results, we have gathered so far, we are comfortable in Sokoto, Lagos, Zamfara, Borno, Yobe, Ekiti, and Ogun.

“More results from additional states are being sorted. Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is very much heading to victory. #NigeriaDecides.”
