#NigeriaDecides2023: INEC To Commence Collation Tomorrow

The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Prof. Mahmood Yakubu has announced that the collation of the Presidential and National Assembly results will commence on Sunday.

Naija News reports that the INEC boss made the disclosure while giving updates on the voting process nationwide.

According to him, the performance of the Bi-modal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) in most of the states across the federation was impressive, even though he admitted that there were some challenges in some parts of the country.

He explained that the challenge experienced with the voting in some parts was due to the inability of the INEC officials to start voting at polling units by 8:30 am as agreed.
