The Labour Party(LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi has been appreciated by his spokesperson, Dele Farotimi for making his job easy.

Naija News reports that the Labour Party chieftain took to the micro-blogging platform Twitter to thank his principal for making his job easy.

Farotimi said unlike how the spokespersons of the presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Daniel Bwala and the All Progressives Congress (APC), Festus Keyamo have difficult tasks of speaking for their principals, his own principal Obi has made his job easy.

Obi’s spokesperson picked on his counterparts in the PDP and APC saying. their principals, Atiku Abubakar and Bola Tinubu respectively have made speaking for them difficult.

His comment is against the backdrop of the fraud and and money laundry allegations levelled against both parties.

Naija News reported last week that a former aide of Atiku identified as  Michael Achimugu alleged that the former Vice President used  “special purpose vehicles (phony companies)” for diversion of public funds during his tenure as vice president under the Olusegun Obasanjo administration from 1999-2007.

An allegation which has stirred so many controversies including the APC calling for the prosecution of Atiku, and a counter from the PDP camp attacking Tinubu also on an alleged drug allegation.

This platform earlier on Wednesday reported that Bwala in defence of his principal, Atiku concerning the allegation told Arise TV that “He (Atiku) will not respond to a baseless distraction ahead of the election. We are making our case to the Nigerian people for election. And in which case, if the people believe in that blackmail, they will express that at the poll.”

It was in this light that Obi’s spokesperson took to Twitter to thank his boss for making it easy to speak for him.

He wrote “@PeterObi Oga, thank you for making it easy to speak for you. I am watching Daniel Bwala defending Atiku as I type and he reminded me of Keyamo from the day before. Thank you for making my job easy by the exemplary way you have conducted yourself and lived your life.”
