Chatham House: APC ‘Spy’ Who Questioned Peter Obi On IPOB Exposed (Video/Photo)
The man who questioned the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, on issues of the Indigenous People Of Biafra, (IPOB) has been identified as Ajiboye Tunmise, a supporter of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Naija News earlier reported that the former governor of Anambra State spoke at the Royal Institute of International Affairs, London, (Chatham House), on Monday, January 16, 2023, where he addressed all issues related to his plan for Nigeria if elected as President.
Tunmise questioned Peter Obi on the issues of IPOB which according to him the presidential candidate has refused to address.
Although there was a bit of a rowdy session following the question but the LP flagbearer, gave a response saying he had condemned it.
He said: “I spoke about Biafra being ended 53 years ago, it is all over the space I condemn all agitators. But in condemning them, you have to look at why all these agitators are all over the place it is not only IPOB, we have the Yoruba Nation movement and all sorts.
“When you have created a level of massive poverty, where 63% of your population is poor, you are going to create all sorts of problems.
This publication checked Tunmise’s Twitter handle and it is confirmed that he is a supporter of APC and has been campaigning aggressively for the party’s presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu.
Some of his posts show how he has been attacking Peter Obi on the issues of IPOB and also shared a photo he took with the APC Lagos gubernatorial candidate and incumbent governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
