The PUNCH: The five aggrieved Peoples Democratic Party governors have demanded the support of the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, for the PDP governorship and senatorial candidates in their respective states.


The Guardian: As early as 7:45 a.m. Wednesday, banking premises around Lagos, the financial hub of the country, were jam-packed with customers waiting impatiently to register complaints of sundry failed transactions during the Christmas holidays. The Guardian inquiries suggested the situation was the same across different states, where frustration over inefficient electronic payment system and failed Automated Teller Machine (ATM) transactions reached boiling point

Daily Trust: Indication emerged on Thursday that the Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has struck a deal with the members of the G-5, the five aggrieved governors who are members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
