Netizens Express Concern Over AY’s Wife, Mabel’s Look at Brother-in-law’s Event [Video]

Social media users have expressed concern over the appearance of comedian AY’s wife, Mabel Makun at her brother-in-law’s birthday bash.

AY’s brother, Lanre Makun recently celebrated his 40th birthday with an elaborate birthday bash.

The event planner received love from the entertainment industry as celebrities came out in large numbers to grace his party.

AY and his wife were also in attendance.

However many netizens have taken to the comment section of the video to state that she looked uncomfortable and uneasy while on the red carpet.

Funke Akindele Seeks Spiritual Help From CCC

Nollywood actress and deputy gubernatorial candidate, Lagos, of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Funke Akindele has opened up about her spiritual life.

According to a video posted on Sunday by Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) Wonderland Parish on the @weintheccc Instagram handle, the 45-year-old called on the clergy to pray for her so she can excel in all her endeavours.

She disclosed that she was born and raised in CCC, adding that her case could be likened to a lost sheep who has returned home.

The mother of two, while speaking in a mixture of Yoruba and English said that whenever she has challenges she secretly goes to CCC for help and to see results but that has come to an end as she decided to openly identify with the church.

Akindele said, “I was born and raised in Celestial. My situation was like that of a lost sheep that God calls back home.

“Whenever I had challenges in my life, I usually ran back to Celestial Church but secretly. And I would see that I got breakthroughs, but right now I said enough is enough. I’ve stopped hiding. I have to be identified with the church publicly.

And I want to beg you, be praying for Funke Akindele. Every day you’re praying, remember Funke Akindele and everything that belongs to Funke Akindele. That whatever Funke Akindele does should turn to success, and wherever Funke Akindele steps on should be gotten for her.”
